We guarantee the internal hardware of your calculator will remain 100% functional for a full 90 days from the date of delivery.

  • Screen & Display: Defective screen, sudden lines, or total screen failure.
  • Keypad Responsiveness: Non-registering, or dead buttons.
  • Internal Logic & Board: Software freezing, calculation errors, or motherboard failure.
  • Power Components: Battery charging issues or faulty charging ports (for rechargeable models).

What is Not Covered:

  • ❌ Accidental Damage: Drops, liquid spills, or battery leakage.
  • ❌ Expected Cosmetic Wear: Any scuffs or dents covered by your selected tier.

Reach out to our support team with your order number. If the issue is covered under warranty, we will issue a prepaid return label instantly.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. The benefits provided by our warranties are in addition to other rights and remedies available to you under the law.
